Applying for Turkey Tourist or Visit Visa is not a difficult task. All you need to submit the following listed valid documents and you get your visa. When we applied we got our 30 days Single Entry visit visa in a month. Now, I will tell you the list of documents required for the tourist or visit visa from Pakistan. This list contains two types of documents that are Main Documents and the others are Conditional Documents. Main documents are compulsory and the conditional documents are if applicable.

Main Documents

1. Visa Application Form

The form should be duly filled at weblink https://www.konsolosluk.gov.tr/Visa/Index, submitted on the online system, printed & signed by the applicant. CNIC number, Father and Mother Names, complete Residential and Host (If applicable) addresses are must be filled.

2. Passport / Travel Document

An ordinary passport or other recognized travel document valid for at least 180 days (6 Months) from the third-country nationals residing in Pakistan must provide their residence card of the invitee.

3. Copies of the Recent & Old Passports

Photocopies of 1st & 2nd Pages & all used (VISA & Entry Entry-Exit) pages of a valid passport for at least 6 months from the date of your arrival in Turkey.

4. Photographs

You need Two (2) recent, Biometric photographs (White background). The sizes of the photographs are 5cm x 5cm. Do not go to your village or street shop sitting with desk jet printers. Go to the proper shop with better printing options because he will use right the paper to get your photographs printing.

5. Travel Medical Insurance (TMI)

Original Travel Medical Insurance (TMI) policy must cover the minimum of Euros 30,000, the period of stay in Turkey and the repatriation costs as well. We get our travel insurance by EFU at round about Rs. 2,000/-. I think this one was the cheapest policy we got. 

6. Vaccination Certificate

Polio Vaccination Certificate (Valid) from a Government Hospital or the authorized laboratories. The validity of the vaccination should cover the travel period and the vaccination date should not be more than one year.

7. Copy of Flight Reservation

You need to submit a copy of your Flight reservation only, do not submit the ticket.

8. Copy of Hotel Reservation or Invitation Letter

Submit a photocopy of your Hotel reservations.

The individual invitation letter should be prepared by the Public Notary. The invitation letter should include Turkish identity number, open identity, residential address or number of contact of the inviting person, list of the invitees, duration and the purpose of the visit, relation with the applicant (if there is any) and the tax number (if the invitation is made by the company). In addition, as incumbent on board and lodging, the inviting person must declare in the mentioned invitation letter that board and lodging expenses will be met by the invitees themselves.

9. Employment Letter

Original Signed Cover Letter of the applicant’s Company/Employer (Where applicable) stating Name, Position, Salary, Profession or Type of Skill(if there is any), Duration of Employment, Address and Contact Numbers of the Employer, Purpose, and Duration of Visit to the Turkey State(s). Government employees must provide Ex-Pakistan Leave or NOC from relevant departments if he/she is granted the visa. If the applicant is a student, an original signed letter from the applicant’s school/college or university.

Chamber of Commerce Membership Certificate is required (If applicable).

10. Last Three(3) salary slips

For a salaried person they, need to submit their last three (3) month’s salary slips which should be signed and stamp by the employer.

11. National Tax Number Certificate (NTN)

NTN and proof of income tax payment with FBR (where applicable).

12. Bank Account Maintenance Certificate

Original bank statements of the last three (3) months signed and stamped by the bank representative. If you have more than one account then submit other account maintenance certificates also (your choice of one or more bank account statements).
The current balance should cover all the expenses (air ticket + accommodation + food and beverages) which are signed and stamped by the bank officer. In our case the lowest balance in the account was Rs. 300,000/- and we got a turkey visit visa.

13. Consent letter

A consent letter is a letter in which you will write to the Turkish Embassy mentioning purpose/reason to visit Turkey including the period of stay and confirmation of submitted valid documents & returning to your home country after the visit. It will be submitted along with all the other documents required for a Turkish Visit visa from Pakistan.

Conditional Documents

1. Consent letters

Consent letter in conditional documents of the parents arranged by the Notary (if the applicant is under 18 years old) for underage applicants (under 18) traveling with a single parent, a written consent of the other parent is required with the photocopy of his/her CNIC. Students under 18 traveling with school groups etc. must provide consent from both parents with copies of their CNIC. This consent should be made on legal paper.
If a mother is not accompanying his son/daughter then a letter of permission from the mother addressed to the Turkish embassy at even Rs. 10/- stamp paper will be submitted along with other papers.
A letter of support/expenses bearing by the father also needs to be submitted by the parents.

2. Bonafide letter if the applicant is a student

A student needs to be submitting a letter from their university also.

3. Professional Qualification Certificate

Submit Professional Qualification Certificate from the board of the professional organization / Skill Certificate from the related association (if there is any).

4. Original family civil registration act (if the family travels together)

Original Family Registration Certificate (FRC) (Husband/Wife/Children) traveling together is required to be submitted. FRC can easily be available from NADRA offices. Applicants traveling without any family members (solo) do not need to provide FRC. If the Husband’s name is mentioned on the passport then FRC is not mandatory.

5. E-Visa copy/copies

Copy or copies of E-Visa are required if the applicant accompanied by any person who has a valid Turkish E-Visa.

6. Ex-Pakistan Leave Paper or NOC for Government Officers from their institutions (if it is relevant).
