Before selection, we kept a few things in mind as follows:

i. Hotel Ratings, Hotel Rooms, Hotel Facilities, Hotel Reviews & also the rates of the room.

It is mandatory to have a Hotel Reservation before applying, and one of the Documents Required for a Turkish Visit Visa from Pakistan. Our group of four friends starts finding the hotels keeping the above requirements in our mind and then we share our choices and finalize a hotel that was the Aspen Hotel Ist.

ii. An area to stay in Istanbul (European or Asian Side, Old City or New City, Taksim or Sultanahmet)

Four-star Aspen Hotel Rooms, facilities, and reviews matched our requirements. It was located at the European (Old City Sultanahmet) side of the city. We booked 2 Economy Double or Twin Rooms at 94 Euros for each room for 2 nights, including free breakfast with no cancellation fee. We take the printouts of our hotel reservation.

iii. Distance from the Ataturk & Sabiha Gokcen International Airports

Aspen Hotel was only 20 km from the Ataturk International Hotel (European side of Istanbul) & 45 km from Sabiha Gokcen International Airport (Asian side of Istanbul). We paid 70 Turkish Lira to the taxi driver for 30 30-minute ride from the airport to the hotel & 135 Turkish Lira from Hotel Trend to Sabiha Gokcen International Airport for 1-hour ride.
